These services are delivered to Academic and Administrative departments in a layered service model with distributed support staff. While there are base service level standards, each department has a Service Level Agreement (SLA) to meet their unique operational needs. End users are encouraged to contact their department IT staff as a first point of contact. For more information about EM, Click here.
